LOS ANGELES, Calif. (November 14, 2007) – Britney and Kevin will once again be in court for another emergency custody hearing.
It appears Britney’s red-light running antics have caught up with her. Federline’s counsel, Mark Vincent Kaplan, requested Friday’s emergency session, according to a report in People.
Spears allegedly ran a red light in Los Angeles on Nov. 8 with her court-appointed monitor and sons in the car. The incident was caught on tape and surfaced on various online video sites.
Britney’s camp explained why the singer allegedly ran the red light.
“Ms. Spears was being mobbed by paparazzi at the time,” her attorney Sorrell Trope told People. “She was distracted. This was not blatant irresponsible driving on her part.”
Spears is currently allowed to have her sons two times a week, with one overnight stay.
