Another day, another driving debacle for Britney Spears.
The singer, 25, allegedly ran over a photographer's foot while leaving the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills Wednesday.
The accident occurred around 9:30 p.m. when Spears and pal Sam Lutfi pulled up to the valet and photographers began surrounding her Mercedes SL65. Spears then pulled into the back entrance. She was still there as of 10:20 p.m.
Another emergency custody hearing in her battle with ex Kevin Federline is set for Friday.
Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan — who has insisted Spears not be allowed to drive when with her kids — requested the hearing after a video surfaced of Spears allegedly running a red light with her boys in the backseat in L.A. November 8.
