JENNIFER GARNER has hit out at the MTV Video Music Awards crowd for mocking BRITNEY SPEARS' shambolic performance. Garner, who presented an award at the September (07) bash, was stunned when fans jeered the troubled singer's comeback attempt. She says, "After her performance at the VMAs, I wanted to go backstage and mother her. When the crowd celebrated, it was so unfair."
