We've just heard back from our reporter covering Kevin Federline's attorney's latest emergency hearing - and it sounds like stuff's just starting to heat up!Details are sketchy at the moment, but it's believed that the main talking point for the day so far has been Britney's driving - our reporter hasn't heard so much as a rumor that Britney's disputed drug tests have come up yet.
Still, the relative lack of activity doesn't mean that everything's quiet around the courthouse; apparently, reporters have already been warned twice about the noise - once by a court official, and once by a man in uniform!
Most importantly, though, K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan (shown above as he arrived) expects to make a statement to the media around 10:30 - stay tuned to us to hear what he's got to say!
