Did Britney Get Plumped Again?

"Extra" spotted Britney Spears leaving the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills yesterday, looking noticeably more pouty.

The pop star, with her kids in the back seat, kept her sunglasses on as she left the parking garage. But her pout looked red and inflamed, sparking rumors that she's had more work done.

Brit has been plagued with rumors lately that she's gone under the knife to get ready for her next video. One report said she went to Sin City to get liposuction in her battle with the bulge.

Britney's most important battle - her custody war with Kevin Federline - goes to court today. Kevin's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan has reportedly requested that Brit not be allowed to drive with the kids after video caught her running a red light with Sean P. and Jayden James in the car.

But sources from X17online.com tell "Extra" that photogs heard the court-appointed monitor, who was riding in the passenger seat, yell, "Go, go!" as Brit sped off, adding that there was some confusion as to who had the right of way.
